Residents

We’re three people and a loud little dog living large in a small house.  1100 square feet to be exact!  Let us introduce ourselves to you interweb friends!  Here we go…

Notorious M.L.E.

Your resident blog hosts enjoys long walks at IKEA, chocolate from Ginger Elizabeth's and the New Kids on the Block. In her spare time she fantasizes about living in Italy, or Paris, or New York, or...

Arnold Runner

This Colombino de corazon likes to read, drink unbelievable amounts of coffee and practice his French. In his spare time he runs a six minute mile and dances on clave.

Hurricane Elian

Our little dinosaur is a little man with a big head, big plans and big lungs. His interests include dancing, reciting his vowels, climbing, running with his eyes closed and testing his parents patience.

Nutella Perez

Our precious paranoid puppy loves to make cute faces and produce fur ball tumbleweeds. All of her time is spare time and she uses most of it to sleep.

It’s funny but today I showed the video to my mom and I felt it to be the most real part of this whole process.

I love that I haven’t even met Elian yet and already we have something in common: Hurricane as our nickname–although I’m not particularly proud of mine

I know, the second Hurricane Katrina hit I was like “Man that’s a bummer for everybody named Katrina”

I love that picture of Elian. It looks like he already knows the answers to all of life’s questions.
